1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (Natural juices), we have specific guidelines for returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
  • You must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unusedunopened and in its original packaging.

Please note that consumable items like Natural juices cannot be returned for reasons related to personal preferences once opened or used.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic juice bottles.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Products not purchased directly from our website.


Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
